Notification of Cancellation: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. For spa packages, surgical procedures, and appointments exceeding one in half hours, a 48-hour notice is required. 2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than the required notice or missed without notification will be subject to a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 50% of the scheduled service cost. 3. Confirmation Calls and Reminders: To assist our clients in managing their schedules, we provide confirmation calls or reminders 48 hours before scheduled appointments. 6. Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid inconveniencing other clients. 7. Policy Enforcement: The cancellation policy is in place to ensure fair treatment for all clients and to maintain a smooth appointment schedule. The policy will be enforced to uphold the integrity of our appointment system. 8.
