Infrared Sauna in Merritt Island, FL
Make time for a relaxing infrared sauna visit at iOnyx Medspa & Wellness Club in Merritt Island. We welcome clients throughout Brevard County, including Cocoa, Cocoa Beach, Rockledge, Viera, Melbourne and Titusville.
What happens during a session?
An infrared sauna uses infrared heat to create a warm environment. Ask our team about the equipment, session length, temperature options, clothing and preparation before your visit.
Is an infrared sauna right for me?
Heat exposure is not appropriate for everyone. If you have health concerns, recent surgery or medication-related questions, discuss suitability with your treating professional before booking. Tell our team if you feel uncomfortable during a session.
What results should I expect?
We offer sauna sessions as a wellness and relaxation experience. We do not promise detoxification, fat loss, disease prevention or a specific calorie burn. Experiences and suitability vary.
Can I combine it with another service?
Ask about scheduling sauna alongside Stretchworx assisted stretch, Salt Room or massage. These are separate appointments, subject to availability and suitability.
