What Is Included in the Body Reset Experience?
Your visit includes a personalized body consultation, non-surgical laser lipo pads, a vibration plate session and a lymphatic-support session. The treatments are arranged as an introductory experience rather than a one-size-fits-all promise. We begin by talking about your goals, comfort level, relevant health history and the areas you would like to address.
1. Personalized Body Consultation
The consultation helps us understand what you want from the visit. Some clients are interested in how their clothing fits. Others want support as they return to a wellness routine, work toward body-composition goals or explore non-surgical body-contouring options for the first time.
We will explain what each part of the experience does, what it does not do, and whether a different iOnyx service may be more appropriate. Body contouring is not a replacement for medical care, weight-loss treatment, movement, hydration or balanced nutrition. Results and suitability vary from person to person.
2. Non-Surgical Laser Lipo Pads
Laser lipo pads are placed over a selected treatment area as part of a non-invasive body-contouring session. There are no incisions and no surgical recovery period. Many clients choose this type of service because they want to explore contour-focused care without immediately committing to an invasive procedure.
Your provider will discuss the treatment area and positioning during the consultation. The session is designed around your comfort and the equipment protocol. Individual outcomes vary, and a single introductory session should be viewed as an opportunity to experience the process—not as a guarantee of a particular number of inches or a permanent result.
3. Vibration Plate Session
After the laser-lipo portion, the vibration plate adds gentle movement to the experience. Whole-body vibration creates rapid, low-impact muscle engagement while you stand in a supported position. The lymphatic system helps the body move fluid through a network of vessels and nodes. The Body Reset experience includes a lymphatic-support component intended to complement the other services and support a well-rounded visit.
This introductory component is not the same as a full post-operative manual lymphatic drainage appointment or medical lymphedema treatment. If you are recovering from surgery, have active swelling, are receiving oncology care, are pregnant, or have a medical condition affecting your heart, kidneys, circulation or lymphatic system, please tell us before booking so we can determine the appropriate next step and whether medical clearance is needed.
Optional $20 Infrared Sauna Upgrade

Infrared sauna heat can provide a calming finish to a wellness visit. Many people enjoy it as part of their relaxation or recovery routine.
